Richard J. Passalacqua

Richard was born and raised in Healdsburg, California in 1961. He graduated from Healdsburg High School and attended the Santa Rosa Junior College where he played football and completed his general education. He continued playing football at Santa Clara University where he majored in Political Science and continued his education at Santa Clara University School of Law. (J.D., cum laude, 1986)

Richard was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986 and is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

Richard is married to Victoria Passalacqua and is the father of three beautiful children, Gianna, Dominic and Marcella.

Richards practice areas include: Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration (including Litigation), Business Law, Wine Law and Personal Injury cases.

Joseph R. Passalacqua

Joseph has been practicing law since 1988. A graduate of Santa Clara University Law School, his emphasis has been criminal defense. As a longstanding Sonoma County attorney, who has handled numerous complex and highly publicized cases (including homicide), he is able to assess your case and provide you with your legal options, beginning with a free consultation.

With over 22 years of experience , he is well prepared to handle all serious felony matters, including those arising from drug charges, domestic violence abed gang-related offenses. In addition, he also handles driving under the influence cases, including administrative hearings with the California Department of Motor Vehicles.

Although Joseph's main focus of practice has been criminal defense, he also handles personal injury matters relating to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls. and product defects, he is also able to assist you with divorce and family law matters.
